Who we are
The Bakery is owned and let directly by Simon and Alison Parker, Kalavasos, Larnaca District, Cyprus. This website is operated by them.
What we collect
When you enquire or request a booking we collect your name, email, dates and any notes you send us. We use these only to answer you and manage your stay.
How we store it
Enquiries are stored securely by our form provider and in our email. We never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Booking & deposit
A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due four weeks before arrival. Bookings are confirmed only once we have replied in writing.
Cancellation
Cancellations more than eight weeks before arrival are refunded in full less the deposit; within eight weeks the deposit and any balance paid are non-refundable unless we can re-let the dates.
Your stay
The house sleeps a maximum of eight guests. Please treat the property, the pool and the village with care — and let us know at once if anything needs attention.
