The Bakery
A luxury village escape in the heart of Cyprus
Once the village bakery. Now somewhere to slow down.
A traditional Cypriot stone house that was once exactly what its name suggests — a working village bakery. Carefully restored to keep its original character, with thick stone walls that stay cool through summer and a courtyard built for long Mediterranean evenings.
Two village houses, made one
Created by combining two original homes into a single, spacious property. From the outside it appears charming and compact — but guests are often surprised by how large and airy it feels inside, with high ceilings and generously sized rooms throughout.

A kitchen made for gathering
Miele oven, Thermomix, KitchenAid and a Ninja air fryer — equipped for everything from a simple breakfast to a family feast. An olive-wood and resin table seats all eight at once, beneath beamed ceilings and the original stone arch.

Long evenings in the courtyard
An Alfa Dolce Vita wood-and-gas pizza oven, a five-burner Bull barbecue plumbed straight into the house gas, and a traditional Cypriot souvla grill with a turning motor — around a table hewn from a 500-year-old olive tree.

The village beyond the door
One of the oldest villages in Cyprus, with a history reaching back thousands of years. Wander the narrow streets, admire the stone houses, and find the quiet corners that make village life so special. As evening falls there is little more than birdsong and distant church bells.
